I travelled to Dr. Alvarez in November 2017 and can honestly say it was the best decision I ever made! JC Urrea was our patient coordinator and he set everything up – from the car service to and from the airport, our hotel stay, and car service to and from the hospital. I was unable to lose weight due to health reasons and my local DR recommended I look into Bariatric Surgery to try and bypass the issue I was having. All of the staff at the hospital were so accommodating and literally there 24/7 for anything – I maybe waited a minute and a half after pushing my button in the middle of the night! DR Alvarez was very informative both before and after surgery and made sure I was 100% comfortable with everything!! I am now almost 7 months post opp and down 100 pounds!
